The policies set forth on this page apply to all sales made by VinnieCurto.com unless specific and different terms are outlined and agreed upon by both parties in a written or electronic contract.
1. Does VinnieCurto.com offer a refund policy?
All sales are final unless otherwise specified in your contract. Some contracts specify that a deposit be made. According to the terms in your specific contract, a portion or the full amount may be refundable on a pro rated basis, depending upon the rankings achieved while a contract is in effect.
2. Does VinnieCurto.com allow cancellation of a subscription payment plan?
For month-to-month customers who have not signed a performance or term contract, monthly subscriptions may be canceled without penalty as long as notice is given before the month in question. For example, you must notify VinnieCurto.com before the 1st of the month in order to cancel for that month. For performance based contracts, you must fulfill the payment obligations set forth in the contract as long as ranking (or other) goals are being met. Performance contracts may not be canceled early unless the contract clearly states so. In certain special cases, cancellation may be an option, and a cancellation fee may apply. Please see your contract for specifics.
3. What is the policy when a payment has not been received by VinnieCurto.com?
If agreed upon payment has not been received with 7 days of its due date, VinnieCurto.com will charge the backup payment method that was provided at the beginning of the contract. If no backup payment method exists, VinnieCurto.com will, at its discretion, discontinue promotion. For accounts that are over 30 days past due, VinnieCurto.com may forward the outstanding debt to its legal counsel or collections agency.
